These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by FOP Afinogenov (Sole Trader), legally registered in Ukraine.

We sell digital informational products, including e-books and guides. All products are delivered electronically via email after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our authorised Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes (including GST where required) are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.
After successful payment, your digital product will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant or within 24 hours.
If you have not received your product within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected].
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
All content included in our digital products is the intellectual property of FOP Afinogenov. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own private use only.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the product in any form without our written permission.
Our digital products are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific results from using our products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOP Afinogenov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
